The flooring on the main part of the second floor is a mixture of reclaimed wood from Australia (Ieft).  Its not a local product, although we did get it from the Environmental home center, a local supplier.  We also reused a lot of oak from the old house.  Refinished (upper right), it look like new, but before finishing (lower right) you can see that it actually wasn't in that good of shape.

The newel post and railing a one removable piece to allow furniture to move up and down.  We believe that some it is reclaimed fir.
